About Nashville Exile

UK-based band Nashville Exile blends classic songwriting tradition with modern independent spirit. Formed by multi-instrumentalist Matthew Crozer alongside vocalist Cat Smithurst and longtime collaborators Amu Dennett, Rick Kent, and Mark Smithurst, the group emerged from years of touring, songwriting, and shared musical roots. Crozer previously toured internationally with UnAmerican, sharing stages with The Who and Neil Young, before returning to collaborative songwriting that ultimately shaped Nashville Exile’s sound. Influenced by artists such as Tom Petty, John Prine, and The Rolling Stone. Now preparing to release their debut album "Hand Drawn" with the singles “Collide", "The Alchemist" and "Told You So". Nashville Exile stands as proof that the long road — the one built through experience, patience, and shared belief — can still lead somewhere new.
